Design Process Engineer

Job duties: Develop and design specialty tooling (die casting dies and trim dies) utilizing advanced die casting techniques and high-end software including NX, CREA and Magmasoft. Develop and design fixtures for both the machining process and for the dimensional process (CNC and CMM, respectively). Implement and improve the die casting and machining operations for efficiency and optimal allocation of resources. Advise and assist management and operations with other related ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field (foreign equivalent accepted)

Experience: Two years’ post-bachelor’s experience as Product Design Engineer or similar position.

Skills/Requirements:

• 2 years’ experience working with Magmasoft
• 2 years’ experience working with NX drafting and modeling
• 2 years’ experience working with GD&T
• 2 years’ experience working with CNC and CMM
• 2 years’ experience improving die cast and machining operations

All experience, skills, and requirements may be gained concurrently.

Salary Offered: $100,000 per year
