About

Shaping the Future of Industry Since 1964

Operating on three continents, Acme Alliance combines lean production and global standards to redefine die casting and build the essential parts of tomorrow.

Decades of Manufacturing Experience

Founded in 1964, ACME Alliance is a privately held, globally integrated aluminum and zinc die casting manufacturer with facilities in North America, South America, and Asia.

Our vertically integrated model, from tool build through finished machined components, delivers supply chain stability, operational control, and long-term partnership backed by decades of manufacturing experience.

Manufacturing Experience

Supporting Global OEMs

We support OEMs across diversified industrial and transportation markets, including heavy trucking, energy, automotive, agriculture, marine, and small engine applications. These are industries where durability, uptime, and supply chain reliability are critical.

Global Redundancy

We maintain common equipment platforms and standardized process controls across our global facilities, creating built-in redundancy that allows programs to launch in multiple regions while providing manufacturing flexibility and risk mitigation.

Operational Differentiation

Each facility is organized into dedicated value streams that function as focused business units. Production, scheduling, quality, and performance ownership reside within the value stream rather than layered within corporate oversight.

Lean Operating System

Across all plants, our standardized lean operating system ensures disciplined execution, consistent processes, and repeatable results worldwide, reducing unnecessary overhead and accelerating decision-making.

The Outcome is Straightforward

High-Quality Components

On-Time Delivery

Fair, Competitive Pricing

Decades of precision in every component.

Mastery Since 1964

With a sixty-year legacy of quality and a continuous commitment to lean manufacturing, Acme Alliance is a global leader in metal manufacturing. Our strategic facilities in North America, South America, and Asia leverage standardized tool builds to deliver unparalleled, regionally-sourced components that shape the future of die casting.

Management

Acme's Lean Die Cast Journey

We started our lean journey in 2001. Acme production facilities follow ‘standard work’ performance metrics and produce components in a value stream environment on globally, standardized equipment.

Value Stream Mapping
  • Acme is organized into four value streams that manage process flow from production through delivery
  • Each value stream improves communication, ownership, and operational efficiency
  • This structure helps reduce waste, minimize delays, and improve responsiveness
  • Supports consistent quality, streamlined workflows, and continuous improvement
  • Identifies non-value-added activities across the production process
  • Improves efficiency, throughput, and overall process flow
  • Helps lower operational costs while improving customer value
  • Creates a cleaner, more consistent, and quality-focused operation
  • Supports Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Creates a clean and organized workspace that improves daily operations
  • Reduces wasted time by ensuring tools, materials, and processes are standardized
  • Improves workplace safety, efficiency, and overall productivity
  • Helps maintain consistent quality through clear visual organization and standards
  • Supports a culture of discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Provides a structured approach for solving problems and improving processes
  • Reduces waste and improves efficiency through continuous improvement
  • Helps standardize successful practices across operations
  • Creates a culture of accountability, learning, and ongoing improvement
  • Defines the best known method for performing a process safely and consistently
  • Reduces variation by documenting clear procedures, expectations, and workflows
  • Improves quality, efficiency, and training across all operations
  • Creates consistency between teams, shifts, and production areas
  • Provides a foundation for continuous improvement and process optimization
